How to use the corporate gift card?
The receiver of the corporate gift card can use the gift card in over 300 Quorvus Collection, Radisson Blu, Radisson RED, Park Inn by Radisson and Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts across 41 participating countries*. The gift card value
- What is the minimum and maximum value of
the gift card?
The minimum value is 20 EUR/ 20 GBP and the maximum value is 150 EUR/ 100 GBP.
- Can I choose the currency of the gift card?
You need to choose from a fixed denomination (20, 50, 75, 100, 150 EUR or 20, 50, 75, 100 GBP).
- Can I choose the currency on the card?
The gift card is available in EUR or GBP. The gift card can be used in participating countries, whatever the currency of the country.
Purchase the gift card
- Where can I purchase the gift card?
Please contact our Global Sales Offices. They will provide you with your online account details that allow you to place an order online. Alternatively, they can place the order for you.
- Will the gift recipient know how much was loaded on the gift card?
Yes, the receiver can check the balance at https://giftcard.rezidor.com/balance.
- When is the gift card activated?
Once you have safely received the gift cards, please call the Global Sales Offices (contact details are listed at the top of this page) to activate the cards. As soon as the gift cards are activated they can be used. For security reasons the cards will only be activated once you have contacted the Global Sales Office after you have received the gift cards.
- How many cards can I purchase?
The corporate gift cards come in bundles of 25 pieces. You can purchase minimum one bundle of 25 gift cards in one order and there is no limit. The gift cards will be shipped in bulk to the given address. You can buy gift cards with different values, as long as you buy minimum 1 bundle of 25 gift cards per value.
- How do I settle the payment?
You can settle the payment by credit card or by bank transfer on receipt of invoice. We do not accept cash.
- I want to cancel my purchase. Is this possible?
Yes, it is possible to cancel your purchase up to 14 days after the purchase, as long as the cards have not been used. You will need to contact the Gift Card Support Centre within the 14 days. We will block the gift cards in the system and a refund will be given.
Shipment- How long does it take to receive the gift cards?
The delivery time depends on the chosen shipping preference (registered mail or courier). The gift cards are shipped after the payment is received. Once you have received the gift cards you can contact the Gift Card Support Centre to activate the cards.
- Is there a handling fee or shipment charge?
A handling fee of 5 EUR/ 4.80 GBP per 100 cards applies. Shipment costs depend on the country the gift cards are shipped to and on the type of delivery (registered mail or courier).
